Refund/Return Policy

 

We offer a 14-day peace of mind guarantee, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and linings attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
    •    Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
    •    Custom or personalized products
    •    Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products)
    •    Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved:
    •    You will receive store credit for free
    •    If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a small return shipping fee will apply (amount varies by location)
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after approval. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
